BALANCE
Balance is
something in which we can say that different elements are placed together so as
to look equal or in same proportion. So here I have created 2 composition with 5 different
elements to show balance.
SYMMETRICAL
BALANCE
Symmetrical balance
means equal weights or elements on the either side to make it look identical or
same. So, in the below composition I have tried to show symmetrical balance by
taking 5 elements of design. I took a woman black and white portrait and have
divided the portrait into two equal halves, took vertical lines, shape of a
triangle in black and white and then changes its color into red, also used a
circle filled with grey color. Tried to balance the composition by placing the
elements correctly and using juxta positioning techniques.
ASYMMETRICAL
BALANCE
Asymmetrical
balance keeping unusual weights on either side but in such a way so as the
composition looks balanced. In this composition I kept the girl as it is but
changes the lines as horizontal lines on one side and also used two small
circle on one side instead of one big as it is on the other side. Also used two
red triangles instead of a big one so that the composition sets well balanced.
