SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY

Social Responsibility is an ethical system in which every individual has to perform there duty with other individuals for the benefit of society at large.

DIVERSE CULTURE - In our society there are variety of groups , different culture, religion, caste, food , habit , clothing , shelter , language , aesthetics , etc. are followed by so many years.

SOCIETY STRUCTURE - It is a platform where human beings interacts and live together in a society. Social structure is basically the concept of social changes that deals with the 

forces that change the social structure. It is regularities in social life , its application is inconsistent.

  Social life is structured along with the dimensions of the time and space. According to the society there are specific social activities organized at several places. The places are defined as worship place , work place , eating place , etc.

Social structure can be observed as normal social relations which includes those aspects of social activities that conform to accept social rules and norms.

So, we live in a society where these social rules , norms and guidance are following from so many decades and more. Here are some aspects which includes in social structure:-

1.HIERARCHY - The hierarchy system is followed by so many decades in our society.

2.INDIVIDUALITY - Every person has different nature, different opinion, different perspective. All the individual are the part of the society. Every individual participate and interact with another individual as the part of society.

• Father - Head of the family and decision maker of the family.
• Mother - Controls the family and has a say in every discussion and decision.
• Me - Most wanting and only child of my family and includes in every decision.

3.INCOME - In our society there is always a leader in every family who manage its family.

In my family its father. He is the earning member of the family he has his own business.

ETHICS AND VALUES - 

Ethics are the principles that guide a human behavior. Its a discipline that identifies good or bad , just or unjust , fair or unfair practices about the moral duties.

Values are the experiences or principles based on which an individual makes judgment in life.

So basically ethics are consistently applied over the period and remain same for all the human beings and values have an individualistic approach that varies from person to person.

IDENTITY VS IMAGE - In the society or in front of other people an individual project themselves with mask or with makeup which is different from inner self .

For example :- Some people show they are happy , calm , successful but from inside they are depressed , unhappy.

At last, we all are conformist in our society structure as we all accept society , culture and have been accepting from decades.
